1. Data Limits and Service Interruption
Prepaid Data Plans: Communication will stop once the purchased data capacity is reached.
Unlimited Plans: If data usage exceeds 15GB per day, service may be temporarily suspended to ensure network quality for all users.
2. Long-term Usage Guide (Plan Combinations)
Due to system limitations on consecutive days, please purchase multiple plans for long-term use:
eSIM (Unlimited): For use of 15 days or more, please purchase two 14-day plans.
Important Notes
・If excessive data usage of 10GB per day or 300GB per month is detected, your connection speed may be restricted to avoid network congestion.
・If there is a suspicion of illegal use, the carrier may decide to restrict or suspend the connection.
・In the event of a restriction on your connection, we cannot provide equipment replacements or refunds for service charges. Please understand this in advance.
・Outside of 5G coverage areas, the connection will be provided via 4G LTE.

For returns, you can choose from the airport counter, delivery, or the airport return box. SIM card is not required to return to the counter. It is for a single-use.

No, you do not. You only have to sign a contract with NINJA WiFi to use our services. Any devices that can be connected to NINJA WiFi are able to connect to the internet at only the cost of the rental fees.
Regardless of whether you have selected Cancellation Protection, you can cancel free of charge via My Page up to 4 days before departure.
For payments made within 3 days of the pick-up date, the following fees apply:
Without Cancellation Protection: 100% of the booking amount
With Cancellation Protection: Cancellation Protection fee only
No, Cancellation Protection cannot be added after your booking is completed. If you wish to add it, please cancel your booking once via My Page before 4 days prior to the pick-up date, and then make a new booking with Cancellation Protection included.
We will refund the full amount of your usage fees, excluding the Cancellation Protection fee.
Please note customers who have booked Airport Transfer Service or Luggage Delivery Service are not eligible.
Refunds are processed through your credit card company, and it may take until the next month or the month after.
